Jewellery: Refers to pre-designed ornaments or items crafted with gold and/or lab-grown diamonds available for sale on our website or retail outlets. All jewellery is sold as-is.
Mounts: Settings or designs that hold diamonds, which may or may not include diamonds. Customers can select mounts and diamonds separately to create customized jewellery.
Loose Diamonds: Unset individual diamonds available for separate purchase.
3. Trademarks
All logos, names, trademarks, and service marks displayed on the website are property of Aruluxe. No content grants any license to use these trademarks without prior written consent.

6. Pricing Policy
Prices are based on current rates of precious metals and diamonds, and may fluctuate accordingly.
The price at the time of purchase or advance payment is applicable.
Any variations between the estimated price (as shown on the website) and the final finished product will be adjusted at the time of final billing.

7. Product Appearance Disclaimer
Due to screen settings and photography techniques, product images may appear larger or smaller than actual size. Aruluxe is not liable for discrepancies in product size perception based on online images.

8. Limitation of Liability

11. Cancellation & Returns
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, minus 1% payment gateway charges.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a Rs. 1,000 processing fee, plus 1% gateway charges.
For customized orders, making charges are non-refundable.
Partial order cancellations are permitted for multi-item orders.
Refund Process:

Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery: Refunded to your bank account.
Gift Cards: Refunded back to the gift card balance.

12. Governing Law
Use of this website shall be governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. All disputes shall be subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.

As per Government of India rules, a PAN card is mandatory for all purchases above INR 2,00,000 in a single day.

13. Free Gifts
All free gifts are considered as discounts.
If part of an order with a free gift is returned, the refund will exclude the discount attributed to the gift.
14. Offer Terms & Conditions
Special offers are valid only on select jewellery designs.
Aruluxe reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
All disputes relating to offers and transactions are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
