Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy – Aruluxe
We offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases* made from Aruluxe. The product, along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange based on its current market value, with applicable deductions for making charges, taxes, and Rs. 1,000 as processing charges.

If you received any discount or free gift during your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or the value of the free gift, as applicable.

Lifetime Exchange
If you choose to exchange your product:

The value of the exchanged product will be credited to your Aruluxe account.
You can purchase any other product with the same value.
This value cannot be encashed.
Jewellery showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Aruluxe will not be accepted for exchange.
Aruluxe reserves the right to reassess the product’s value after quality inspection and provide a justification if any changes are made.
Lifetime Buy-Back
If you choose to return your product for buy-back:

The buy-back value will be paid to you via bank transfer within 15 business days of receipt of the product.
Determination of Value – Buy-Back or Exchange

*Current market value will be determined on the date of buy-back or exchange.
Important Notes
Buy-back and exchange are not applicable on:
Loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds.
Polkis, pearls, and colored stones.
Original invoice and certificate must be provided for all buy-back/exchange requests.
Loss of certificate will incur charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat, whichever is higher.
Products not purchased directly from Aruluxe stores or aruluxe.in are ineligible for buy-back or exchange.
If a discount was availed, that amount will be deducted from the market price at the time of return.
e-Points/rewards/benefits used while placing the order will be deducted from the final value.
Buy-back is applicable only for products purchased up to a value of Rs. 4,99,999/-.
If the product was purchased on EMI, any unpaid EMIs will be deducted along with other applicable deductions.
Shipping and Insurance
Shipping and insurance of products to the customer's address is covered by Aruluxe.
For returns, reverse pickup is arranged by Aruluxe and is included in the Rs. 1,000 processing charge applied during return, buy-back, or exchange.
Policy Updates
Aruluxe reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website: www.aruluxe.in. In case of major changes, a notice will be provided on the website.
